PureWaterFilters.co.uk is a family business and provides its services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Our systems will supply a removal rate of 90% and above. Once this level drops below 80% we recommend changing your filters. You can find the removal rate by buying our TDS meter.

Electronic Communications
The best ways to get in touch with us would be via email or phone. We aim to respond to you within 24 hours of recieving your communication.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

This website, and all its content including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, buttons, data compilations and software is the property of PureWater.co.uk or its content suppliers and protected by international laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of PureWaterFilters.co.uk and protected by international copyright laws.

Refund Policy - 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
Once you receive the items that you have order you have 7 days to check and decide if you wish to keep the items. The items must not be assembled or the 7 day money back guarantee is voided. If you would like to return the items they must be returned in their original packaging or again the 7 day money back guarantee will be voided. If an item is assembled and then disassembled and placed back into its original packaging it will still not be accepted for a return. PureWaterFilters.co.uk must be notified within 7 days from the date that the order has been received by you. Items will be returned at a cost to the customer. PureWaterFilters.co.uk can offer to provide a collection service for the items depending on your location at a fee of £45 but that depends on your location and the items that you are returning. A full quotation will be provided if needed. If you choose to return the items by your own means then there will be no charge.

Installation will take approx 30-60 minutes depending on the circumstances. Installation can take longer in some rare occasions where the installation pipes do not match the standard required. In this situation our engineers may take longer to fit the system. We cannot gaurantee that the system will fit all under counter pipes as some households may not be compatible. Currently, 95% of households we visit have the correct pipes to fit this system under their counter. Installation is only free to customers who purchase one of our systems: Pure Water Manual System™ or Pure Water Electric System™. We do not provide free installation of filter replacements as this is very easy to do and we can provide step by step assistance in how to do this.

Your Account
In using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, laptop or any other place that you have saved your account information or are set to automatically log in. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
PureWaterFilters.co.uk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders and remove or edit content at their sole discretion.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant PureWaterFilters.co.uk and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You grant PureWaterFilters.co.uk the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify PureWaterFilters.co.uk for all claims resulting from content you supply.
PureWaterFilters.co.uk has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.
PureWaterFilters.co.uk takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Reviews, comments, communications and other content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam".
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. PureWaterFilters.co.uk reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

Product Descriptions
PureWaterFilters.co.uk attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PureWaterFilters.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by PureWaterFilters.co.uk itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
All dimensions indicated are approximate; we reserve the right of technical changes, subject to errors and omissions.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Please note that for a return to be accepted or a refund to be given; all items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior notice in writing.
All items must remain in their original packaging. If an item has been assembled it will no longer be accepted for a return.
If an item is assembled and then disassembled and placed back into its original packaging it will still not be accepted for a return.
Items or parts that are faulty or damaged will be exchanged. Once the new parts have been sent, the items will be considered as in working order and fit for use. If you wish to return the items at this point then the terms and conditions outlined above apply.
PureWaterFilters.co.uk must be notified of damaged items within 48 hours of delivery or no exchange or refund can be offered.
Please check items on delivery, as some items are fragile and can break.
If PureWaterFilters.co.uk has been informed of items arriving damaged, an exchange can be arranged.
If you receive your items damaged we will replace them for you. However, if you choose to return the items and cancel you order at this point, a collection charge will be applied and deducted from the amount you are refunded. This fee is chargeable in line with all UK consumer laws and regulations.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. On the rare occasion of an item needing to be exchanged, a collection and re-delivery fee maybe applicable depending on your location.
If an item is purchased and has been dispatched for delivery but then cancelled, a fee of up to £45 will be charged.
Please contact us to check stock status of any items before placing an order.
Charges are non-refundable. Charges are calculated by what your order has cost the company up to the time of the cancellation. This can include (but not limited to) Secure Payment Gateway fees, taking payment in a secure environment to protect the customers details, as well as pre-ordering items from the supplier in which case
PureWaterFilters.co.uk would need to make a full payment for the items at the time your order is accepted. However, PureWaterFilters.co.uk will not deduct the full amount lost by your cancellation but a small fee based on this amount.

Risk of loss
All items purchased from
PureWaterFilters.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the customer.
If you choose to return the items by your own means then there will be no charge but the items will be inspected for damage before a refund can be made. If the items are damaged upon delivery to us and the items have been returned using your own methods or third party company they will be treated as damaged whilst in your care and the customer will be held accountable. This also applies to PureWaterFilters.co.uk who are held responsible for the items until they have been delivered to the customer and are accountable for any damages up to that point.

Free Delivery
Delivery to most of the UK is free. Scottish highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland carry an additional fee. This fee may not be displayed at time of check out but you will be notified once your order has been received by us.
Once this fee has been settled your order will be accepted by us and the item(s) will be dispatched. Please note, we do not provide guaranteed delivery dates, all delivery dates and times are estimates.

Order processing
We try to process orders as fast and accurately as we can.
The order process starts when you have created an account and selected an item. The next stage is to make a payment for the items you have selected.
In the next step of the ordering process you would receive an e-mail invoice detailing the items and also when the items can be delivered.
If the items that you have selected are out of stock then this is also the stage that you will be informed of what is out of stock and how long it will take for you to receive the items that you want.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we would order it in direct from the manufacturer, this can take between 4-8 weeks for the items to become available for delivery. If it is slightly longer than this then we will contact you to keep you informed.
The items are then collected by our specialist carrier and delivered to you. Once you have received your items PureWaterFilters.co.uk would kindly ask you to leave a review about the item on our site for other people to see.

Payments are taken using our secure payment gateway hosted by Secure Trading. This payment gateway provides a safe way of making payments by credit/debit cards.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By visiting the site, creating an account, selecting items or placing an order; you agree to the terms and conditions that PureWaterFilters.co.uk operates with. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then please do not place an order as you will be bound to them.
PureWaterFilters.co.uk reserves the right to refuse its services or any part of its services to anyone.
